See the below requirements for
CASH BACK CLAIMS:
The policy should have progressed for 36 uninterrupted months, the policy should be up to date during the term of claim
Client should have made less than 3 claims in 36 months, this excludes in non-litigious matters e.g., sale agreements, lease agreements and legal advice
At the time of application, claimant should be a principal member, no beneficiary would be allowed to apply for cash back on behalf of client.
Should there be arrears during the 36months, cashback will be waived off and start from the 1st month immediately after payment has been made.
The policy should be KYC complaint
